One builder, start to finish.

Simon meets you, runs your site and answers your calls, from the first conversation to handover. Whether you’re looking to renovate, extend or build a new home, you deal with Simon from A-Z.

Most builds change hands

three or four times.

Someone signs it. Someone else runs the site. Someone else answers the phone.

Simon does all three, so your project never changes hands.

Until now, the only way to
get
Simon was to know him

Simon spent years developing his own projects. He bought
the land, funded the build, carried the risk and sold the
finished property.

His client work came through referrals.

Someone knew someone. Nothing was advertised.

Now, for the first time, he is taking enquiries
beyond that circle.

Director.

He owns the business. The decisions
and responsibility start and finish with him.

Project Manager.

He is on site every day, running
the trades and holding the program.

Builder.

Excavation, demolition and
concreting are handled in house.
Three roles. One person.
From the first conversation to handover.

Renovations. Extensions.
New homes. KDR. Duplexes.
Townhouses. Granny flats.
Residential only,
across Sydney.

A premium building experience is not
a more expensive one. It is one where somebody is paying attention.

You speak to the same person every time.
Your program is worked out properly before it is promised.
Simon tells you when something is a bad idea,
including when renovating makes more sense than rebuilding.
The way he builds does not change with your budget.
Your selections do.

On time and on
budget, in writing!

On time means the program in your contract. On budget means the contract price.
Council and approval delays, changes you
request after work starts, and weather sit
outside the guarantee.
Ask another builder to put that in writing.

Frequently
asked questions

It depends more on the block than the house. Simon will not price a build from one phone call. Anyone who does is guessing. Pricing starts once there is enough real information.

Simon. He is the director, project manager and builder. He runs the site every day and takes your calls.

That depends on the existing house, planning controls and what you need from the finished home. Simon will explain both paths, including when renovating is the better call.

Approvals are often the longest part. Your program covers approvals and construction, not construction alone.

The program and contract price. Council and approval delays, changes you request after work starts, and weather sit outside it.

An insurer’s assessment of the residential work a builder can undertake and insure. SMM Industries is assessed at $3 million a year. Independently assessed, not self-awarded.
